Install eSIM on device

 


Make sure you have a stable internet connection first before you start with installation.

There are 3 methods to install your eSIM:

Using a tablet? Install your eSIM via QR code.

Via My Singtel app

  1. Open your eSIM email in the mobile device you want to install your eSIM in.

    2. Open your eSIM email in the mobile device you want to install your eSIM in – Singtel eSIM

  2. Scroll down to “Step 2: Install your eSIM” and click on “Install eSIM” button.

    3. Scroll down to “Step 2: Install your eSIM” and click on “Install eSIM” button – Singtel eSIM

  3. You’ll be directed to My Singtel app loading screen with your unique eSIM code.

    4. You’ll be directed to My Singtel App loading screen with your unique eSIM code – Singtel eSIM

  4. Follow the steps to install your eSIM.

    5. Follow the steps on the screen to install your eSIM – Singtel eSIM

  5. Once eSIM is installed, you’ll see the “eSIM installed” page in My Singtel app.

    6. Once eSIM is installed, you’ll see the “eSIM installed” page in My Singtel app – Singtel eSIM

Via QR Code

  1. Open your eSIM email on your desktop or a separate mobile device.

    2. Open your eSIM email on your desktop or a separate mobile device – Singtel eSIM

  2. Scroll down to “Alternatively, try this instead”.

    3. Scroll down to “Alternatively, try this instead” – Singtel eSIM

  3. Using the mobile device that you want to install your eSIM in, scan the QR code using the camera application.

    4. On the mobile device that you want to install your eSIM in, scan the QR code using the camera app – Singtel eSIM

  4. You’ll be directed to your phone settings. Follow the steps to install your eSIM.

Via device settings

Follow the steps to scan your eSIM QR code.

  • iOS: Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM > Scan QR code
  • Samsung: Settings  > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR Code
  • Android (non-Samsung): Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM > Download a new eSIM > Scan QR Code
