Receive “your SIM is not supported” message on iOS device – Singtel eSIM

Some reasons for this:

1. You're setting up your eSIM and new device for the first time. On the "Set Up Cellular" page, you clicked "Transfer from Another iPhone".

Instead, what you should do: Click on Other Options > Use QR code > scan your unique eSIM QR sent to you via email.

2. You previously had this eSIM on another device, and are trying to set it up on a new device.

What to do: To use your eSIM on another device, you'll need to get a new eSIM. Chat with us. Charges apply.
