Receive unable to activate eSIM message on iOS device - Singtel eSIM

This happens when your eSIM has been successfully installed, but your line is not activated on your new eSIM yet. Tap on Cancel to close the message.

When this occurs, your eSIM should display as "On" under Settings > Mobile Service, without mobile data and voice connectivity.

Some reasons for this:

You're recontracting with Singtel and switching to a new eSIM, but your line is still active on your current SIM.

You ported your line into Singtel, but we have yet to receive your line from your outgoing operator.

You got a new line but are still waiting for your device to be delivered.
