Unsubscribe from Mobile add-ons
 


1. Log in to My Account with Singtel OnePass.

Login to My Account with Singtel OnePass on desktop


2. Upon logging in, click Manage Add-ons under Manage Accounts from the menu.

After successful login, click on 'Manage Add-ons' under Manage Accounts from the menu


3. Select which mobile number you would like to remove the add-on from.

4. Click Remove to unsubscribe from the selected add-on.

Do note that if you’re still in a contract, early termination charges will apply. Your previous month's subscription will also be prorated according to your usage.

Click 'Remove' to unsubscribe from the selected add-on


5. Click Yes to confirm. Review any additional information if applicable.

6. Click the Terms and Conditions checkbox. Click Confirm to unsubscribe.

Click the 'Terms and Conditions' checkbox. Click 'Confirm' to unsubscribe


Once you have successfully unsubscribed from the add-on, an updated Service Agreement will be emailed to you. This change will be reflected within your next 2 bills.
