Call barring is not applicable for iOS users.

For Android

1. Launch the Phone app.

2. Tap on the menu icon with 3 vertical dots then go to Settings.

3. Tap on Supplementary services.

4. Tap on Call barring, then Voice call.

5. Ensure that barring on all outgoing calls are disabled.

Insert your SIM card into another device to test and restart it.

 

If your SIM card is working

Your device could be faulty. Contact your device manufacturer or MobileSwop team if you have subscribed to this service add-on.
