Manage your services with My Singtel App
1. Launch the Phone app.
2. Tap on the menu icon with 3 vertical dots then go to Settings.
3. Tap on Supplementary services.
4. Tap on Call forwarding, then Voice call.
5. Ensure that all voice call forwarding features have been disabled.

2. Tap on Notifications. Ensure that Do not disturb is disabled.
1. Go to your device Settings.
2. Tap on Do Not Disturb. Ensure that this setting is disabled.
Call barring is not applicable for iOS users.
1. Launch the Phone app.
2. Tap on the menu icon with 3 vertical dots then go to Settings.
3. Tap on Supplementary services.
4. Tap on Call barring, then Voice call.
5. Ensure that you have disabled barring on incoming calls.
1. Launch the Phone app.
2. Tap on the menu icon with 3 vertical dots then go to Settings.
3. Tap on Block numbers. Ensure that you did not block the wrong caller.
1. On your device, go to Settings and tap on Phone.
2. Tap on Blocked contacts. Ensure that you did not block the wrong caller.
