FAQs

I’ve clicked a phishing email or answered a scam call and given away some personal data. What should I do?

Report the matter to the police who will provide guidance on actions to be taken. You should also change passwords to key accounts/information that was shared with the scammer.

I accidentally downloaded an .exe file/attachment from a suspicious e-mail onto my device.

I have different passwords for my accounts, and I cannot remember every single one. What should I do?

Block the suspicious numbers on your phone immediately. If you receive a scam phone call or message on a messaging app, blacklist the number by pressing 'Report and Block'. This ensures the app will take down the account. By doing so, you will help stall scammers from targeting more potential victims with that number.
