1. Log in to My Singtel app.

Open and login My Singtel app on your mobile



For postpaid mobile plans

1. Upon logging in, tap on the 3 dots.

Tap on the 3 dots next to your mobile number to see your Singtel postpaid mobile plans



2. Tap on Plan & contract details to find out when you are eligible to recontract.

If you are switching to a lower-tier plan before your contract ends, a penalty fee will apply.

Tap on the account number to view broadband and tv services - Singtel Support



For Broadband and TV plans

1. To check on other services, tap on your account number to view all services.

To check recontract eligibility on broadband services, select your Broadband service - Singtel Support



2. Select your Broadband service and tap on the 3 dots.

3. Select Plan & contract details to view your recontract eligibility.
