1. Connect your network devices. For Optical Network Terminal (ONT), you will need to connect to LAN 1 if there is only 1 Broadband service. If you have a set-top box, connect to either the Optical Network Router (ONR) LAN or router LAN port.

Refer to the layout that applies to your current setup.

Connect ONR or ONT to Singtel router

Connect ONR or ONT to Singte Router, then to Set top box and to TV

Connect ONR or ONT to Singtel Mesh, then to the set-top box and TV for optimal setup

2. Switch off and on your network devices in this sequence:
a. Optical Network Terminal (ONT) / Optical Network Router (ONR)
b. Router
c. Mesh (if any)
d. TV set-top box (if any)
e. Personal devices (i.e. mobile, laptop, TV)

Wait up to 3 mins for all devices to restore.

3. Connect with the WiFi details on the respective devices, depending on the placement of your network devices.

If your router and mesh devices are placed together

Refer to the WiFi network name (SSID) and password (network key) on your WiFi mesh and connect your personal devices (e.g. mobile, laptop) to the WiFi.

If your router and mesh devices are placed apart

Refer to the WiFi network name (SSID) and password (network key) on your router or WiFi mesh devices, depending on which you are nearer to, and connect your personal devices (e.g. mobile, laptop) to the WiFi.
