Set up Singtel TV set-top box
 

Before you set up, please wait 3 hours from the time you exchanged your TV set-top box at the Self-Replacement Centres for your TV service to be activated.


1. Connect your network devices. For set-top box, connect to either the Optical Network Router (ONR) LAN or router LAN port.

Refer to the layout that applies to your current setup.

Connect ONR or ONT to Singte Router, then to Set top box and to TV

Connect ONR or ONT to Singtel Mesh, then to the set-top box and TV for optimal setup

 

2. Switch off and on your network devices in this sequence:​
a. Optical Network Terminal (ONT) / Optical Network Router (ONR)​
b. Router​
c. Mesh (if any)​
d. TV set-top box​​

Wait up to 3 mins for all devices to restore.


3. If you switch on your TV, there would be a loading screen which would last for up to 2 mins before you can start viewing your programmes as usual.
 After setting up the Singtel Set-top box, you will see a loading screen on the TV, and then your channels will resume
