Singtel TV remote control not working

What can you do?
 

1. Press the power button to check if there is a green light on the Singtel TV remote control. ​

2. If there is no green light, replace existing batteries with new ones and insert according to the polarity (-/+).

3. Check if there is a green light when you press the power button. Next, point the Singtel TV remote control directly to the set-top box panel and press any button.

The remote control is working and responds to the buttons you have pressed.​
