There is loss of network packet between the set-top box and network devices
 

What can you do?​

 

All channels freeze

 

1. Remove any items placed on top or near your set-top box. Below shows an illustration view of an object stacked on top of a typical TV set-top box.

2. Ensure the ethernet cable is securely connected between the set-top box and other network devices such as Optical Network Router (ONR), router or mesh.

3. Switch off and on your network devices followed by your set-top box. 

 

 

Specific channels freeze

 

This could be due to the source feeds from the content providers. In those cases, do wait for the content providers to resolve the content feed issue. 
 

How to know it worked?

Your TV will display the loading screen and after 2 mins, the last tuned channel will be shown.
