1. Refer to the SMS received when you made your purchase. Tap on the link to track order with your Order ID pre-filled.

The link provided in the SMS will contain URL starting with https://help.singtel.com/

Alternatively, launch My Singtel app, go to More and tap on Track My Order.
 

2. Log in with your Order ID, followed by your Identity Number (NRIC/Fin Number) that was used to sign up for the service.

Note: To find your Order ID, look for the Service Agreement email sent to your registered email address, or the order tracking SMS sent to you when you purchased your service(s).
