What’s the difference between StepUp and other similar wellness programs in the market?

StepUp is the only wellness program giving you the opportunity to sync your steps and/or record your meditation sessions and accumulate point lasting up to 1 month. These points can be exchanged for free local data and specially curated lifestyle rewards! Our wellness program is for everyone making a genuine effort to improve their wellbeing. Did we say it’s free? Yes, StepUp is absolutely free. With StepUp, you will be rewarded not only by Singtel, but by our partners too.

Will my historical step data follow me if I change my mobile number?

No. Each StepUp account is linked to an individual mobile number. Changing your mobile number means starting a new StepUp account.

The old account and its historical step data is only accessible by the mobile number and registered NRIC.
Should you decide to use another mobile number for StepUp and wish to terminate your current StepUp account, please go to the profile page, click on “edit profile” and “delete account”.

How do I redeem a reward?

Upon logging into StepUp, if you have enough points to redeem a reward, go to the rewards tab, select the reward you desire and click on the “Redeem for xxx points” button at the bottom of the page. You will be presented with the voucher code if you are redeeming a non-data reward. If you are redeeming a data reward, you will asked to confirm the mobile number for the data to be rewarded as well as information on the billing cycle that will reflect your additional data.

When will I be able to use my data rewards?

For data rewards, data will be provisioned to your mobile number during your billing cycle that starts in the next calendar month.
For partner rewards, upon clicking on the “Redeem for xxx points” button at the individual rewards page, you will be presented with a voucher code. By clicking on “Use voucher now” button, you will be directed to our partners' page to redeem your reward.
Vouchers from our partner rewards will expire at the end of the following month upon redemption.

How can I check whether I have successfully redeemed my rewards?

The data reward redeemed from StepUp will be indicated on your mobile data usage bar, as “StepUp 1GB Local Data”.
Note that once a data reward is redeemed, the corresponding data allowance will be provisioned to your mobile number during your billing cycle that starts in the next calendar month.
For Non-Data rewards, you can identify the rewards that have been successfully redeemed by clicking on the rewards tab. Successfully redeemed rewards will be marked as “Redeemed”.

How do I redeem a StepUp in-store deal?

Upon redeeming an in-store deal in the Rewards section of StepUp, you can find the deal in your My Rewards section ready for use.
Follow these steps to use the in-store deal at our partners' shop:

1. Inform staff at the store that you’ll be using the deal.
2. Once they've confirmed the deal is valid, tap the ‘I’m at the store’ button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Show your screen to the cashier.
4. Slide the ‘Use now’ button to complete the transaction.

Are there exclusion days to using StepUp's Food and Beverage partners in-store deals?

StepUp deals for Food and Beverage partners will not be available on the following pre-defined days:
1. New Year’s Eve & Day
2. Valentine’s Eve & Day (13-14 Feb)
3. Lunar New Year (starting from the eve to the 15th day of Lunar New Year; at partner’s pre-defined discretion)
4. Good Friday
5. Labour Day
6. Mother’s Day
7. Vesak Day
8. Hari Raya Puasa
9. Father’s Day
10. National Day
11. Hari Raya Haji
12. Deepavali
13. Christmas Day

What happens if you accidentally swipe the in-store deal when it is not available for use? (eg. attempting redemption for F&B partners during public holidays)

We are sorry, but once an in-store deal is used, it cannot be reversed. Please ensure that you have done the following before swiping to redeem your deal:

1. Inform the staff that you'll be using this StepUp deal to confirm if the deal is valid
2. Items chosen are elgible for the deal
3. Ensure the staff is around to witness the swiping of the deal

What rewards can I earn from completing the StepUp’s 2nd Birthday Challenge?

For each challenge (Walk it’ and/or Zen’ it) you complete, you will get 1 chance in StepUp’s 2nd Birthday Challenge lucky draw as well as a sure win voucher reward.
You also get 1 extra lucky draw chance for each day of the challenge that you complete. You can get a maximum of 15 (1+14) lucky draw chances throughout each challenge period of 14 days.
30 winners will be selected at random for the chance to win prizes such as iPad Pro, iPhone 12 Mini, Nintendo Switch, and more!

The AIA Steps to New Norms Challenge lucky draw will be held on 30th November 2021.

There will be 3 winners for this lucky draw and each winner will receive one set of AirPods Pro, Apple iPad (Cellular) and Apple Watch (PRODUCT) Red. The results of the draw will be released on Singtel’s Facebook page within 14 days from the date of draw. Winners will also be notified via their mobile or email registered as part of the lucky draw entry when you signed up for the Challenge.

What rewards can I earn from completing the 12 Days to Christmas Challenge?

Upon registering for the challenge, you are entitled to one surprise reward, credited to your Rewards tab after 25 Dec '20. Accumulate lucky draw chances by syncing 2,500 steps every day during the challenge period. 12 lucky draw winners will be selected and each winner will receive one of these prizes, selected at random:
1) 1x Macbook Air 13-inch 512GB;
2) 1x $1,200 worth of Wogi Dairy Farm vouchers;
3) 1x Xbox Series S;

Next 5 winners will receive one set of Samsung Galaxy Watch3 LTE (41mm) each. The last 5 winners will receive one set of Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE (40mm) each. How do I participate in StepUp’s Birthday Bingo activities?

Welcome! To get started:

Select "Challenges" tab within StepUp and register for the first Week’s Bingo Challenge.
Participants may choose to register for that particular week’s Challenge at any time during the Weekly Registration Period starting from Monday and ending on Sunday 23:59 of that week.
Sync your steps by the Weekly Registration period in order to be eligible for that week’s Weekly Rewards and Weekly Lucky Draws and Grand Lucky Draw.

How does the StepUp Birthday Bingo Challenge work?

The Bingo Challenge consists of a different wellness theme each week. Each Bingo square contains a specific activity and on completion of the activity, the individual Bingo square will light up. To complete the Weekly Challenge, you need to register for the challenge and complete 0 to 9 Bingo Activities on the Bingo Board for that Week as shown in the StepUp Birthday Bingo Challenge. You will be eligible for the rewards depending on the number of Bingo activities you complete during that week.

How can I qualify for the Weekly and Grand Lucky Draws?

You will qualify for each Week’s Lucky Draw upon registering and accumulating the Lucky Draw Chances by doing the Bingo Activities for that week. You will qualify for the Grand Lucky Draw upon registering for at least one of the 5 Weekly Challenges. You must sync steps before the end of each Weekly Challenges’ Registration Period in order to qualify for any Rewards for that Weekly Challenge, Weekly Lucky Draw and the Grand Lucky Draw.

I have completed the AIA Step and Save Challenge. How do I get my reward?

Congratulations! Your reward will be sent by AIA to your registered email address that you used for the challenge within 5 working days from when you complete the Challenge. How can I increase my lucky draw chances?

After completing the challenge, users will receive an invitation to complete the AIA Calculator. Users who complete the AIA Calculator through the invitation and share their contact details in the AIA Calculator completion page by 15th October will receive 10 extra lucky draw chances (users’ contact details must match their StepUp contact details). Each user can get a maximum of 10 extra chances, even if he attempts the AIA Calculator multiple times, or completes multiple AIA Calculators.

How do I participate in the AIA Step & Protect Challenge?

Welcome! To get started:
-Select "Challenges" on the Singtel StepUp screen
-Select the AIA Step & Protect Challenge, fill in the required particulars and accept challenge
For the main round (level 1), you will need to sync 2,500 steps for 2 days within 10 days to complete the challenge.
For the bonus round (level 2), you will need to sync 2,500 steps for 2 days within 10 days to complete the challenge.
Registration closes on 15th July 2020, so hurry up!

What rewards can I earn from completing the AIA Step & Protect Challenge?

Upon completion of the main round (level 1), you can choose 1 of these rewards:
(a) 1-FOR-1GB 7-Day Local Data Pass or Singtel ReadyRoam 1GB 7-Day Malaysia, OR (b) 10 chances in the AIA Step & Protect lucky draw OR (C) $5 GrabFood Voucher.
Upon completion of the bonus round (level 2), you get 10 chances to win iPhone SE (128GB) in the AIA Step & Protect lucky draw. Please note the rewards’ terms and conditions and applicable mobile plans before selecting the reward.

How can I increase my lucky draw chances?

After completing the challenge, users will receive an invitation to complete the AIA Calculator. Users who complete the AIA Calculator through the invitation and share their contact details in the completion page by 15th October will receive 10 extra lucky draw chances and receive an email confirmation from AIA within 10 working days (users’ details must match their StepUp details). Each user can get a maximum of 10 extra chances, regardless of the frequency of attempts.

How do I participate in the AIA Vitality Steps for Insurance Challenge?

To get started:

Select "Challenges" on the Singtel StepUp screen
Select the AIA Vitality Steps for Insurance Challenge, fill in the required particulars and accept challenge

Remember to start the challenge early as the last day to start any of the 3 challenge levels is 1st March 2020 23:59 (GMT+8). Which means that there are no retries or beginning of new challenge levels after this date. You may continue any challenge levels which are in progress.

How do I complete the AIA Vitality Steps for Insurance Challenge?

There are 3 levels in the AIA Vitality Steps for Insurance Challenge. Each level is unlocked one day after you complete the previous level.
For challenge level 1: You need to walk a minimum 10,000 steps, for 5 days within the next 10 days
For challenge level 2: You need to walk a minimum 10,000 steps, for 10 days within the next 30 days.
For challenge level 3: You need to walk a minimum 10,000 steps, for 15 days within the next 30 days.

What rewards can I earn from completing the AIA Vitality Steps for Insurance Challenge?

Congrats! Here are the rewards you will get for completing the challenges:
Level 1: 500 StepUp points which you can redeem for data and other rewards
Level 2: 3-month AIA-Singtel StepUp Personal Accident Policy
Level 3: 3-month extension to level 2’s AIA-Singtel StepUp Personal Accident Policy

I have completed the AIA Vitality Steps for Insurance Challenge. How do I get my reward?

Your reward confirmation will be sent by AIA to your registered email within 5 working days from a successful reward claim.
Level 1: StepUp points will be credited directly to your account.
Level 2: You will receive an email confirmation and the policy coverage will start the next calendar month from the day you successfully submit your details for the reward.
Level 3: you will receive an email confirmation and the policy coverage will extend from your existing level 2 policy coverage.

I have completed the AIA Vitality Steps for Insurance Challenge level 2 and 3, but I did not receive a reward email confirmation.

After completing the level 2 challenge, you will be prompted to submit your details for the policy. Please do so by 15th April '20. You will then receive a reward email confirmation.
After submitting your details , if you fail to receive your reward email confirmation, please contact AIA Vitality here with these details: Your mobile number, email address and transaction ID. Please tap on completed challenge to retrieve your transaction ID.

What rewards can I earn from completing the Stepping into 2022 Challenge?

By registering for the Stepping into 2022 Challenge, you will get 1 chance in the challenge lucky draw as well as a sure-win reward of 1000 StepUp points.
You also get 1 extra lucky draw chance for each day of the challenge that you complete. You can get a maximum of 22 (1+21) lucky draw chances throughout the challenge period of 21 days.
50 winners will be selected at random for the chance to win prizes such as Thermomix TM6, Omnidesk Pro, Nintendo Switch OLED, and more!
