SIM registration with passport will be subjected to thirty (30) days validity. To retain this SIM for more than 30 days, re-registration is required at any Singtel Shop, selected Singtel Exclusive Retailers, Singtel mRemit Lucky Plaza #01-11 or selected Prepaid authorised retailers here with Singpass or original Singapore-issued ID (Identity Card / Work permit) within thirty (30) days of your SIM registration.

Self-registration on the hi!App using a passport or self-registration on hi!App outside of Singapore using a passport/Singapore-issued ID will only grant access to data-only features on all prepaid SIM cards.
