Monitor your data usage
There are are several ways for you to check your data usage1 at your convenience.
My Account
To check your local data usage1 on My Account, you will need to log in with your OnePass account. If you do not have an account, you will need to sign up for a OnePass ID.
Once you have logged in to My Account, select 'Show details and usage' to view your local data usage for the service you're checking on.
My Singtel app
With My Singtel app on your phone, you can check your data usage1 for your active line while connected to mobile data. You can also check your data usage for other numbers under your account by logging in with your OnePass ID.
If you do not have an account, you can create one at sign up for a OnePass ID.
1The Displayed Data usage is based on an estimate of your data use during the stated billing period. Information is updated every 60 minutes.
