I'm moving and need to relocate my services. How do I inform Singtel?

How many days in advance should I inform Singtel to relocate my services to a new address?
<p>Your relocation request should be submitted as early as possible (4 weeks in advance) as our appointment slots are subjected to availability.</p>
What should I do if I want to change my relocation date/appointment?

I need to relocate services that are under a different person’s name (spouse, family member, friend). What should I do?
<p>In order to protect the customer’s account, we need to verify the request with the registered customer through the phone before proceeding to process the relocation. You may provide us with a contact number that we can use to contact the registered customer for confirmation. Alternatively, you may ask the registered customer to call Singtel at a timing convenient for them to confirm the request.</p>
I am relocating to a business address/location. What should I do?
<p>We are unable to support the relocation of residential services to business address, however you can apply for new services under business rates. </p><p>Your current residential service(s) will need to be ceased, and early termination charges may apply.</p><p>You may wish to call 1688 for us to facilitate with your relocation request.</p>
Can I relocate my services by myself?
<p>A Singtel engineer will need to install your services for you as they will be required to configure a new Optical Network Terminal for your new address.</p><p><a href=https://www.singtel.com/personal/support/account-billing/relocation/charges>Charges</a> for the installation service will apply.</p>
Do I have to bring my old equipment over to my new address if I am relocating?
<p>You will need to bring along the following equipment(s) when relocating:</p><ul><li>Modem/Residential Gateway</li><li>Singtel TV equipment, if any (e.g. Power Adaptor, Set Top Box, Remote Control)</li><li>Cables (e.g. Cat5E, HDMI, RJ45)</li><li>Optical Network Terminal</li></ul><p>You may also prepare a TV set and computer/laptop for testing during the installation.</p>

Can I retain my existing telephone number when I relocate?
<p>You can retain your existing telephone number only if any of the following applies :</p><ul><li>You are using Singtel Home Digital Line</li><li>You are subscribed to Number Retention Service</li></ul><p>If neither of the above applies, submit your request and our Customer Care Officer will get in touch with yo.</p>
When will my services at the old address be available until, and how soon can I use my services at the new address?
<p>Your services will be cut-off at 12:01AM on your relocation appointment date, and services at your new address will work after installation is completed.</p>
