1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

This release is a CLS level 4 compliant firmware, improving router manageability and enhances security.

2. Go to https://192.168.1.x. Enter the username and admin password that can be found on the label at the bottom of your mesh.

 Go to Advanced Settings > Administration > Firmware Upgrade.

3. Click Select file to upload the file.

4. Click Apply to proceed. Keep your device on during the upgrade process till it completes.

Note:

If you are using this device in the Singtel network, it will be automatically upgraded by Singtel’s auto-firmware update server.

If connected to a non-Singtel network, manually download and upgrade your device from this page.
