1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

2. Extract the contents from the downloaded ZIP file.

3. Go to https://192.168.1.x. Enter the username and admin password that can be found on the label at the bottom of your router.

Go to System > Firmware Update.

4. Click Firmware File to upload the file.

5. Click Begin Upgrade to proceed.

6. Upon completion, there will be a prompt to inform that the upgrade is successful.

Note:

If you are using this device in the Singtel network, it will be automatically upgraded by Singtel’s auto-firmware update server.

If connected to a non-Singtel network, manually download and upgrade your device from this page.
