1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

2. Extract the contents from the downloaded ZIP file with file name:ST-DualBand-Disc_WE620242-ST_0.07.12130_nand_squashfs_update.signed.pkgtb

3. Go to https://192.168.1.x. Enter the username and admin password that can be found on the label at the bottom of your mesh extender.

Go to System > Firmware Update.

4. Click Choose File to upload the file.

5. Click Upgrade and OK when prompted to proceed.

6. Upon completion, the page will refresh back to the login page.

Note:

If you are using this device in the Singtel network, it will be automatically upgraded by Singtel’s auto-firmware update server.

If connected to a non-Singtel network, manually download and upgrade your device from this page.
