The colours of each LED light on your ZTE ZXHN F620 Optical Network Router (ONR) have different meanings. Use this guide to understand more.
POWER LED:
- Green: ONR is powered on. The LED displays amber first, then flashing green, and turns steady green
- Green (flashing): ONR is booting up
- Red: ONR start up has failed
- Amber (flashing): New firmware downloading
- Green (Blinking): Rebooting/restarting in progress
- No light: No power is supplied to the ONR
Check the power supply and ensure that the power adapter is secured
PON:
- Green: ONR has ranged successfully
- Green (flashing): ONR is ranging
- No light: No light source detected
TEL 1- TEL 2:
- Green: Call account is registered
- Green (flashing): Phone call in progress; Call account registration in progress
- No light: Call account is not registered
LAN 1- LAN 4:
- Green: Ethernet connected/ powered device; Connected to LAN port
- Green (flashing): Data activity present (traffic in either direction)
- No light: No power is supplied to the ONR/ No ethernet connection
IPTV:
- Green: IPTV IP address and STB detected and operational
- Green (flashing): No IP address obtained in the IPTV interface
- No light: No Singtel TV Set-Top Box (STB) detected
INTERNET:
- Green: Internet connection is up
- Green (flashing): Active internet traffic
- No light: Internet service is down
AUTH:
- Green: ONR is authorized/authenticated
- Blinking Green: ONR ranging/ synchronizing
- No light: ONR is not authorized/authenticated
