Step 1
Create a new mail account on your PC/mobile phone by entering your email account and password.
Step 2
Check your outlook settings and ensure your email servers are set up as:
Incoming Email Server set to 'imap.singnet.com.sg', and Incoming port to 993.
Outgoing Email Server set to 'smtp.singnet.com.sg' and Outgoing port to 465.
User ID and Password is compulsory for both incoming and outgoing.
Mark the security setting as SSL required.
Step 3
Send a test email to your email account from another email.
Step 4
Check that you've received the test email in your email account after 2-3 mins.
Step 5
If you did not receive the test email, disable your firewall and/or antivirus software temporarily and try steps 3 and 4 again.
