You will need to follow these steps to set up a third party modem for your Unlimited Fibre plan.

Step 1

Plug your Fibre Optic Cable from the PON port of your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) to your Fibre Termination Point, installed by NetLink trust.

Step 2

Unplug any existing Singtel-issued modem from the ONT and connect your third party modem/router to the ONT LAN 1.

If you have upgraded from Fibre Entertainment Bundle (with Singtel TV) to Unlimited Fibre, connect your third party modem to ONT LAN 2 instead.

Step 3

Configure your third party modem according to your device’ manual. For further assistance, please contact the respective device manufacturer as our engineers only specialised in equipment supported by Singtel.
