Discontinuation of MultiSIM service

In 2021, we launched Singtel 5G – the next generation mobile network in Singapore which enhances your mobile experience with ultra-responsive connectivity and strengthened security.

 

To ensure our customers can enjoy the full capabilities of this new technology, some of our older systems are being phased out. As a result, we have discontinued the MultiSIM service progressively from 31 July 2022 to 30 October 2022

FAQ

1.    Can I continue to use the same SIM cards if I did not swop to 5G SIM?

You can continue to use the main SIM card. However, you should discard your supplementary SIM cards as they will no longer be usable. Refer to the letter/SMS sent to find out your main SIM card no. If your main SIM card no. is 525016145999900, match the underlined 9-digits on your SIM card to identify your main SIM card. Below is a SIM card image for your reference.

 

 

2.    Is there an alternative plan I can subscribe to replace my supplementary SIM cards?
