Am I eligible for the multi-line discount if I sign up for the Silver Combo 1 or Combo 2 Mobile Plan?
No. The multi–line discount does not apply on top of the Silver Combo Mobile Plan discount.
Can I nominate my Silver Combo 1 or Combo 2 Mobile Plan as the main line under my Mio Home/Fibre Entertainment Bundle to enjoy a handset upgrade every 12 months?
Yes, you can nominate your Silver Combo Mobile line as the main line to enjoy a handset upgrade every 12 months under your MioHome/Fibre Entertainment Bundle.
Why are the discounts for seniors limited to Combo 1 and 2 Mobile Plans?
Combo 1 and 2 Mobile Plans are the most popular mobile plans among our customers aged 55 years and above. However, we may consider extending the offer to other plans in the future.
Can a senior sign up for the discounted Silver Combo 1 or Combo 2 Mobile Plan and then transfer the line to another family member who is NOT 55 years and above?
Yes, the Silver Combo 1 or Combo 2 Mobile Plan can be transferred to another family member who is not 55 years and above. However, the discount will cease after the line is transferred.
If I am turning 55 years in 3 months’ time, can I sign up for the Silver Combo 1 or Combo 2 Mobile Plan now?
Yes, you are eligible to sign up for Silver Combo 1 or Combo 2 Mobile Plan if you are turning 55 years old this year.
If I am on the Silver Combo 1 or Combo 2 Mobile Plan and I do not recontract after 24 months, can I continue to enjoy the 20% discount from the 24th month onwards?
The discount will automatically cease after 24 months as it is a promotional offer. We will review this promotion from time to time and may extend the promotion.
