If you need a replacement for your faulty Singtel equipment, such as Optical Network Terminal (ONT), Optical Network Router (ONR), Router, Wifi Mesh, Set-Top Box (STB), or Singtel TV Remote Control, visit any of the following Self-Replacement Centres for an exchange:

¹If someone is making the replacement on your behalf, they are to bring the following (they will also need to be at least 21 years old):

a copy of your NRIC/identification card
the appointed representative's NRIC/identification card
a signed authorisation letter from you that indicates:
- your name (as shown on your NRIC)
- your NRIC/identification number (mask out the first 4 digits, e.g. SXXXX567A)
- name of the representative (as shown on their NRIC)
- the representative’s NRIC/identification number (mask out the first 4 digits, e.g. SXXXX567A)
- mention that the representative is authorised to make the replacement on your behalf
- your signature

²For an optimal network performance, please use the new fibre patch cord that you will receive with the replacement of your ONT or ONR set
