What are the over-the-top (OTT) video streaming apps that I can subscribe to on the new Singtel TV box?

beIN SPORTS CONNECT: Live and on-demand sports (included in Sports TV pack)
iQIYI: Asian shows
TVBAnywhere+: TVB dramas and variety shows
Viu Premium: Korean and Japanese shows
Sun NXT: East Asian shows in Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi

Can I watch other OTT video streaming apps (e.g. Disney+) on the new Singtel TV box that is not part of my Singtel TV subscription?

Yes! You can watch your favourite OTT apps on the new Singtel TV box. Simply download the apps* to start streaming!

*Netflix is not currently supported on the Singtel TV box.

How can I log in to my subscribed OTT video streaming apps?

If you’re logging in to the CAST app for the first time, you'll need to link your Singtel TV number* to start watching.

How many new Singtel TV boxes can I subscribe to?

Each Singtel TV service lets you subscribe up to 4 new Singtel TV boxes.

What’s the difference between the new Singtel TV box compared to the HD DVR set-top box or the 4K DVR set-top box?

How can I watch my TV packs on different devices?

Singtel customers subscribed to the new TV packs and box will get access to the CAST app for free. You can stream your TV packs on 1 device of your choice.

To stream concurrently on a second device, simply add on $6.98 per month.

How can I log in to CAST app to watch my Singtel TV subscription?

If you’re logging in for first time with Singtel TV, link your Singtel TV number to watch your subscribed TV packs.
