How many eSIMs can I have on my device?
Most devices can accommodate at least 5 eSIMs, but you can only have 2 active mobile lines at a time. This includes combinations of physical SIM and eSIM, or 2 eSIMs.<br><br><b>Important to note:</b> Dual eSIM support is not widely available across most devices yet. Check with your device manufacturer to be sure.

I lost my phone and need a replacement eSIM. What should I do?

Does a factory reset remove my eSIM?
No, you can exclude your eSIM from the factory reset.
How can I remove an eSIM from my device?
In your device settings, go to the Mobile Service/SIM Manager page. Select the eSIM you want to remove from the SIM profiles listed.<br><br><b>Important to note:</b> Your eSIM can only be installed once. If it is removed by accident, a replacement eSIM will cost $10.90.
