The time taken for network activation differs from case to case. For more details, read more about SIM activation.

Most devices can accommodate at least 5 eSIMs, but you can only have 2 active mobile lines at a time. This includes combinations of physical SIM and eSIM, or 2 eSIMs.

Important to note: Dual eSIM support is not widely available across most devices yet. Check with your device manufacturer to be sure.

No, the eSIM installation email you received is only valid for one-time use. This prevents unauthorised access to your eSIM.

No, you can exclude your eSIM from the factory reset.

In your device settings, go to the Mobile Service/SIM Manager page. Select the eSIM you want to remove from the SIM profiles listed.

Important to note: Your eSIM can only be installed once. If it is removed by accident, a replacement eSIM will cost $10.90.
